Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the "Client") and WellAnswered LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("WellAnswered"). By using our website or service, you agree to them. A signed client agreement, where one exists, controls if it conflicts with these terms.

The service

WellAnswered provides an AI voice receptionist that answers phone calls forwarded from your existing business number, responds to callers using information you approve, books appointments into your calendar, and sends you a summary after each call it takes.

30-day money-back guarantee

We install the service and run it on your number for 30 days. If it hasn't booked you a job by day 30, we turn it off and refund every dollar you've paid.

Term and billing

The service costs $1,500 per month. After the first 30 days, service continues on a 6-month term billed monthly, on the same day each month, at the same amount. At the end of the term you can cancel or continue month to month.

For cancellation questions or a request at the end of your term, contact wellanswered@gmail.com. Your signed client agreement sets out any notice requirements; review it before starting service.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate, current information about your business, services, pricing rules, and hours.
• Set up and keep call forwarding active on your phone line (we'll help).
• Review and approve the script and information the AI is allowed to use, and tell us promptly when anything changes.
• Comply with laws that apply to your business, including any call-recording notice requirements.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or fraudulent purposes, to make unsolicited outbound calls, or to attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the platform.

Ownership

WellAnswered retains ownership of the platform, software, phone numbers it provisions, configurations, and call data generated through the service. You receive access to recordings, transcripts, and summaries of your calls for your business use while you are a client.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as described, without warranties beyond those stated here. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellAnswered is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost jobs, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
