This policy explains what WellAnswered LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("WellAnswered," "we," "us"), collects, why, and what you can do about it. We've tried to keep it short and plain.
What we collect through this website
When you request a Missed Call Report, we collect your name, business name, business phone, cell phone, email address, type of business, and anything you choose to tell us in the notes field.
We use this information only to prepare and deliver your report and to follow up with you about our service. We don't add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Submitting the form asks us to place test calls to your business. We deliver the report by email and may use the phone number you provide to follow up about the request. Submitting does not purchase or enroll you in the paid service.
Calls we answer for our clients
Our service answers phone calls on behalf of the businesses that hire us. To do that, we record and transcribe those calls. Recordings and transcripts are processed by third-party AI providers who help us understand the caller, respond, and produce summaries.
Callers are notified at the start of each call that the call may be recorded. Recordings and transcripts are made available to the client business whose number was called.
We don't sell your information
WellAnswered does not sell or rent personal information to anyone. We share information only with service providers who help us run the service (such as hosting, AI processing, and email), and only as needed for them to do that work, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep report requests for as long as needed to deliver the report and follow up, and call recordings and transcripts for as long as the client relationship requires, unless a longer period is required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the responsibility seriously.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing wellanswered@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
Our website and service are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
